Open gym costs $3 for adults age 18 to 61, $2.50 for seniors age 62 and older, and $2 for youth. Adorni members play at no added charge. Minors may participate with a supervising adult. Highland Park

Highland Park has eight outdoor pickleball courts lined across four tennis courts. The complex was repaved and restriped as part of a major park renovation that also added new fencing, an accessible path, and a new restroom and concession building. Portable nets are usually available, and public play is free.

These are shared tennis and pickleball courts. The number of available pickleball layouts depends on other users, and ordinary park access is not organized open play. College of the Redwoods

The college tennis complex supports up to eight outdoor pickleball courts across four tennis courts. Portable nets are usually available through a Humboldt Bay Pickleball Club lockbox. Public play must fit around college use, so this court is most useful when a scheduled group posts a morning session.

Playing Pickleball in Eureka as a Visitor

Visitors should use an Adorni Center open gym session when their schedule matches the monthly calendar. The indoor courts avoid rain and wind, and the drop-in format makes it easy to play without a membership. Bring a paddle, complete the annual waiver, pay the applicable daily fee, and join the rotation.

A solo visitor can also join a game through the Humboldt Bay PlayTime Scheduler. Select an Adorni or Highland Park session at the right level and add your name before leaving. This gives local players an accurate head count and gives the visitor a known group.

Visitors bringing partners can play outside at Highland Park for free. Bring balls and be prepared to share the tennis and pickleball complex.
